Integrated Logistics
With combined logistics, we are able to efficiently and punctually meet the demands for importing our own cargo for our customers and third parties, especially in the Solid Fuels and Agriculture sector.
We also guarantee the export of grain and steel products with the same quality and commitment, guaranteeing agility in the chain.
This way we can guarantee door-to-door and reverse door-to-door, i.e. round trip for import and export cargo.

Our group has a robust infrastructure through our own terminals in the Port of Açu (RJ) and Imbituba (SC), and we offer efficient storage for both our own and third-party cargo. This operating model gives us a significant advantage over other players in the market.

In addition to the port terminals, our structure also includes distribution centers and a multimodal terminal:
- Port of Açu (RJ) → 2 Multipurpose Bulk Terminals (1 of which is dedicated to agribusiness) and soon a Fertilizer Mixing Plant.
- Port of Imbituba (SC) → 1 Multipurpose Bulk Terminal
- Minas Gerais → 1 Distribution Center located in Itaúna.
- Santa Catarina → 1 Distribution Center located in Criciúma. In addition to a retro area that will be inaugurated in 2026 in Imbituba;
- Espírito Santo → 1 Multimodal Terminal
Automation
Minas Port’s terminals have an innovative concept, with automated processes that guarantee efficiency and traceability.
PROativo is the system developed by the Group and brings together all process management and automation. In addition to enabling customers to consult order information and suppliers to consult and schedule orders, all in real time.
With state-of-the-art equipment, it is possible to guarantee agile processes. To this end, Minas Port’s terminals have OCR systems, weighing, identification on panels, and the issuing of vouchers, all automatically.
In addition to all the monitoring, all movements are managed by the Operations Center, located in Itaúna – Minas Gerais.
