Minas Port Group invests in expanding and modernizing its operations
The Minas Port Group recently completed an important stage in the expansion of its logistics structure, a project that involved an investment of R$104 million. This expansion strengthens the company’s cargo handling and storage capacity, consolidating it as one of the main players in the sector.
The next phase of investment is already set: the installation of a fertilizer mixing plant, with an estimated investment of R$200 million. The new equipment will enable the production of customized fertilizers, meeting the growing demand from the agro-industrial sector and increasing the company’s competitiveness in the market.
With this initiative, the Minas Port Group reaffirms its commitment to innovation, economic development and the strengthening of logistics infrastructure in Brazil. The new mixing plant is due to be installed at the beginning of 2025 and is expected to start operating in the second half of the same year, creating new jobs and boosting Brazilian agribusiness.
These investments are part of the group’s strategy to diversify its operations and expand its participation in strategic markets, especially in the fertilizer sector, which is experiencing high demand in the country.
